Welcome! My name is Lewina K. Giles (elle/she/her)
I’m the founder of Lewina K. Hypnosis and a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist passionate about helping people feel empowered on their journeys and enjoy their best lives.
My client-centered hypnotherapy practice, coupled with extensive experience in supporting individuals and families, nurtures positive and lasting change in all spheres of health and wellness.
When I’m not holding space for others, you can find me studying for a Bachelor's degree in sexology, enjoying a hot yoga session, or knitting a colourful pair of socks.
