All practicing CACHE members (Registered Clinical Hypnotherapists, Associate Membership, including practicing Student Members) are required to provide proof of professional liability and commercial general liability insurance. 

Please first submit your hypnotherapy application to CACHE. Once your qualifications are approved by CACHE, you need to obtain and show proof of insurance before your CACHE membership is finalized. 

If you do not already have an insurer, your CACHE membership makes you eligible for professional liability and commercial general liability insurance through one of the following providers:

Preventative Health Services Group Insurance (PHSG in partnership with Aon)

To apply for PHSG’s insurance coverage, there are two forms to fill out to apply: the application form and the registration form.  PHSG will check with CACHE to make sure that you are an approved CACHE applicant before processing your insurance application.To submit your application or if you have any questions regarding these forms or their insurance program, please email: inbox@phsg.ca.

Personal health insurance (medical and dental) are the responsibility of the individual as it is cost prohibitive for CACHE to provide these benefits.
