As a Forward Facing Institute (Rezilia) Post-Traumatic Growth Specialist, with training in Forward Facing Trauma Therapy and knowledge in Forward Facing (Rezilia) Treating Complex PTSD & PTSD, he possesses a comprehensive contemporary understanding of Trauma Competency in the 21st Century (Forward Facing - Rezilia). Eric's extensive background is further strengthened by his training through the Traumatology Institute (Canada), which is internationally recognized by prestigious organizations such as The American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress, International Association of Trauma Professionals, National Centre for Crisis Management, Canadian Professional Counsellors Association, National Association of Social Workers, Psych Congress, and the Green Cross Academy of Traumatology. From this training, he holds a globally recognized Community and Workplace Traumatologist (TITC-CWT) designation, which integrates specialized skills as an Early Intervention Field Traumatologist (TITC-FT), a Compassion Fatigue Resilience Educator (TITC-CFE), and, as an integrated supplement, training and a designation in School Crisis Response (TITC-SCR).
